We keep an on-going, open line of communications with agency staff and managers as well as applicants and the public.

We fully understand and appreciate the fact that time is money for developers and owners and every day of delay means added costs of construction and potential loss of tax revenues for the city or costly delays in the delivery of capital improvement projects.  We will partner with city or agency staff and applicants to achieve solutions that are safe, yet reasonable and practical.

The founder and president of True North Compliance Services, Inc., Isam Hasenin, has developed an impeccable reputation, over his 30 year career, as a forward-thinking customer services-centric public agency administrator, licensed Civil Engineer, Building Official and technical manager providing high quality responsive service to public agencies and their citizens. 

The combination of this background, experience and mix of 30 years of public sector experience along with private sector experience leading a large municipal services operation with national footprint for over 10 years, will put True North in an ideal position to serve our municipal partners and deliver efficient, high quality and timely municipal services to them.
